Without prior approval and written permission, you may not create frames around our Webpages that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our Website.
Warranty:
Goods are sold with a manufacturer’s warranty (3 Month).
Warranty does noy cover misuse, surge damaged items, incorrect installations, physical damage, tampering and parts that have been installed. ALL IC’s, clips, ports etc does not have any warranty.
All Power supplies are tested before being shipped and does not carry any warranty.
Dead on Arrival claims must be reported within 48 hours after receipt of the goods and must be returned to our offices within 7 days after receiving the product.
Controller and Console Repairs
All controller and console repairs are covered with our 90 days warranty.
Warranty excludes lightning/power surges, user negligence, physical damage and insect infestation. Any evidence of any tampering including, an attempt by you or a third party to open the unit will void any warranty. All warranties are Return to Base (RTB) warranties. This means that courier costs associated with returns are to be met by the customer.
Warranty VOIDS/EXCLUSION?
Stock availability
Stock availability is not guaranteed. Should you purchase something on our site that sells out before we are able to reserve it we will contact you to either find a suitable alternative product, or, refund your purchase.
Coupon Codes
Coupon code cannot be used with other coupon codes. Coupon codes cannot be used on already discounted items or services.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped within 24 hours. All FREE Shipping orders will be shipped as economic (ECO).
PXR only ship door to door via The Courier Guy.
PXR can not be held liable for any damages caused while your order is in transit. Once your order has been shipped, it is the clients responsibility to follow up via the courier chosen on the status of their parcel. PXR will always try and assist but once order leaves our premises we are not in any means obligated to assist.
Content Liability
We shall not be hold responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that is rising on your Website. No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.
